To achieve this, we partner with some of the most trusted courier services in the country, including E-Kart, Amazon Surface, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, XpressBees, Ecom Express, and India Speed Post—especially for rural areas, based on the most suitable courier partner for each customer’s location.

For interior or remote regions not serviced by private couriers, we rely on India Post to ensure complete coverage.

We make every effort to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed or within 24 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed before 1 PM (IST) are typically shipped the same day, while those placed after 1 PM are scheduled for shipment the next working day.

This level of commitment applies throughout the week, including weekdays, and often extends to weekends and public holidays to serve our customers better.

We also offer local self-pickup options for customers in nearby areas—available on weekdays and partially available on weekends.
