Abstract: The Gearless Transmission Elbow Mechanism is designed to transmit rotary motion through a 90-degree angle without using conventional gears. The mechanism uses a specially designed linkage arrangement to transfer motion between perpendicular shafts. It aims to provide smooth operation, reduce mechanical complexity, and minimize noise and maintenance. This mechanism can be useful in mechanical systems where motion transmission at a right angle is required in a compact space. The project demonstrates an alternative approach to conventional gear-based transmission systems.

Applications – Gearless Transmission Elbow Mechanism (90 Degree)

  1. Robotics and robotic arms.
  2. Industrial automation systems.
  3. Mechanical power transmission.
  4. Conveyor belt systems.
  5. Packaging and manufacturing machines.
  6. Right-angle motion transfer mechanisms.
  7. Educational and engineering projects.
  8. Compact mechanical devices requiring 90-degree motion transmission.
