During daylight, high light intensity keeps the electromagnet switched off, ensuring energy efficiency and safe operation. As darkness approaches, the reduced light level triggers the circuit to energize the electromagnet, allowing it to perform tasks such as automatic locking, holding, lifting, or night-based activation processes.
