The CD4538 is a dual, precision monostable multivibrator featuring independent trigger and reset controls. It is both re-triggerable and resettable, with internally latched control inputs. This device offers two trigger inputs, enabling either rising or falling edge triggering. The reset inputs are active LOW, preventing triggering when active. Utilizing linear CMOS techniques, the device ensures precise control of output pulse-width. The pulse duration and accuracy are determined by external components RX and CX.
