Four Wheel Steering System (4WS)
Abstract: This project presents the design and fabrication of a four-wheel steering robotic chassis intended for enhanced maneuverability and stability on uneven terrain. The chassis is constructed using a rigid metal frame combined with articulated aluminum linkages that enable coordinated steering of the front and rear wheels. Unlike conventional two-wheel steering systems, the four-wheel steering mechanism allows a reduced turning radius, improved directional control, and better load distribution.
