Returns and Refund Policy

At Ercoms Robotics Lab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and refund policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  • Products returned after the 5-day return window.

  • Custom orders or items labeled “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Software, downloadable products, and opened electronic components (unless defective).


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request
    Email us at support@ercoms.com within 5 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. Attach clear images or videos if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Return Approval
    Once reviewed, our team will confirm the eligibility and guide you on how to return the item.

  3. Shipping the Product
    You’ll need to ship the product back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item delivered).
