At Ercoms Robotics Lab, we strive to ensure that all our products meet high-quality standards. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to help with a smooth and hassle-free replacement process.
Eligibility for Replacement

The item must be reported as defective or damaged within 5 days of delivery.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

A proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required to process the replacement.
Non-Eligible Items

Products that are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or modification.

Return the Product
Once approved, you will be asked to ship the item to our address. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective upon arrival. -
Receive the Replacement
